The Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore has selected Epitiro to supplement its broadband performance monitoring activities as part of the country's plan to create a competitive business environment. Epitiro will supply and maintain a deployment of ISP-I(TM) to assess the quality, including latency and throughput, of broadband services provided in Singapore.
Epitiro's broadband performance analysis for governments and service providers provides up-to-the-minute competitive benchmarking reports on key service quality performance indicators. The company captures broadband performance data through its global test and measurement network infrastructure consisting of dedicated hardware and software agents that report customer experience metrics to a common database. The network of agents replicates actual user activity across all leading ISPs to ensure statistically accurate views of true end-user experience.
