Real Time Content (RTC) today announced the appointment of advertising leader Lee Daley to its board of directors. Daley brings more than 22 years of strategic and operational leadership and brand communications experience, in both the global and domestic advertising markets. Currently, he is lead strategic advisor to Endeavor marketing services in New York and CEO of Barracuda Strategy Consultancy. Additionally, Daley serves as a founder and chairman of IQONS.com. His extensive agency experience includes heading Red Cell Network in 2002, as global CEO and chief strategy officer and serving on the worldwide boards of McCann-Erickson and Saatchi & Saatchi. He also served as director of the Batey Group in Asia and Equus in India.

He oversaw the turnaround in the fortunes of Red Cell Network during his time as global CEO before taking on the challenge of leading Saatchi & Saatchi's UK group as chairman and CEO. Among other leading industry positions, he was also chief strategic officer of McCann-Erickson EMEA from 1998 to 2001, leading strategy across 73 markets.

Daley studied postgraduate marketing at Kingston Business School after receiving a bachelor of arts in politics and philosophy from Victoria University of Manchester. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts and TED Alumnus and served on the McKinsey judging panel for the Harvard Business Review in 2006.
