LONDON, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- On the 24th April 2009, Mr Motivator will be leading hundreds of people with multiple sclerosis (MS) in a workout specifically designed for people with the condition. The MS Trust is running the event to show the positive difference people with MS can make to their health.

This 'Move it for MS' challenge is being held at Twickenham Stadium to kick-off national MS Awareness Week, from the 27th April - 3rd May.

Research shows that taking regular exercise can give people with MS more energy and strength and reduce unpleasant symptoms. Pam Macfarlane, Chief Executive at the MS Trust says, The MS Trust believes that exercise is of vital importance to people with MS. We have worked with Mr Motivator in the past to produce the first exercise DVD specifically for people with MS.

Mr Motivator adds, I am very excited to be working with the MS Trust to help people with MS take a positive approach to their health.

Joining us on the day will be a host of people affected by MS including Stephanie Millward, the paralympic swimmer.

Those taking part are asked to raise sponsorship to help the MS Trust continue their vital work. The first 150 to raise over GBP100 will win a Mr Motivator inspired bum bag filled with goodies!
