About Michael I am a Life time student of the physical sciences. 45 years experience in electronics. My interest began when I was 10 years old. I stuck my fingers in a lamp socket and discovered a new type of dog! It didnt have visible teeth, but had a bite nonetheless! Experienced in the characterization of Intergated Circuits, analog and digital, Dc to Daylight and beyond! Very familiar with Time of Flight measurement of EM waves, i.e., photons.Instrumentation such as Time Domain Reflectometers and Vector Network Analysers are amoung my favorite toys, as are many others! As such, having been raised on Electron Tube Technology, right along with Transistor technologly, during the 50's and 60's, I have followed with great interest the development of particle physics!
