MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS, BARCELONA, February 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) today announced that it has been invited by TeliaSonera, the leading telecommunication company in the Nordic and Baltic region, to participate in a trial of its Base Station Router (BSR) Femto in-building wireless access solution in Denmark. TeliaSonera's planned trial activities in Denmark are expected to start this spring.

The goal of the trial is to demonstrate the functional viability of the solution and will encompass testing of voice and high-speed packet access (HSPA)-based wireless broadband data services in home and office environments. The trial also will involve integration of Femto in TeliaSonera's network.
