ABU DHABI, U.A.E., November 29, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Under the patronage of HH General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan - Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Education Council, Building Future Education MENA 2010, the region's leading education show and exhibition which focuses on facilities, management, reform, investment and operation of all educational institutions and programmes in the MENA region, concluded today after a two day run in ADNEC, Abu Dhabi.

Building Future Education MENA was free to attend and featured many seminars and workshops on managing, investing in and reform of educational facilities and operating of all educational institutions and operations in the MENA region. The show was open for trade, students and workers in the education sector and covered all levels of education in addition to training and research centres and special needs facilities. Fully endorsed by the Abu Dhabi Education Council, the show featured delegates from many governmental and educational institutes from the MENA region including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Libya, Syria and Egypt.

His Excellency Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Education Council commented "Our main goal in Building Future Education MENA is to develop and enhance educational systems that will enable us to develop a working force capable of competing on global standards through raising the quality of education. Building Future Education MENA featured many seminars aimed at Abu Dhabi students, these include workshops from multiple private and government institutes including Abu Dhabi Police, the Critical National Infrastructure Authority, NESTLE water and much more. These workshops aimed at increasing public awareness on multiple issues including road safety, general health and wellbeing, water, sustainability and maritime safety.
