About Frank Frank Wappler studied physics (along, mainly, with computer science) in Germany and the U.S., in the year 2000 receiving a Ph.D. in experimental particle physics. I don't hold an academic affiliation, at present. My main science interests are meanwhile the foundations of (experimental) physics; especially of geometry and kinematics. Although I haven't really had to take care of a cat all by myself yet, I figure that a cat is well cared for if there's proper cat food provided in the house or if outdoors there's no such food worth chasing.
