About Joe I am a biochemist with an interest in all things to do with the sense of smell. I graduated from Bond University (Gold Coast, Australia) in 2010 and continue to do professional as well as personal research into the science of pheromones, aromatherapy, and anything related to the vomeronasal organ (VNO). You may find some of my research on pheromones in my blogroll, where I talk about the research behind individual pheromones (the science), as well as pheromone colognes and perfumes that are available throughout the internet. You may be surprised to find that there are actually legitimate studies surrounding pheromones such as androstadienone, androstenone, andosterone, androstenol and others... which have had observable effects in social interactions, as well as in terms of altering certain chemicals in the brain which in turn, affect behavior socially.
