This film, Greener Buildings Greener Behaviours features up to the minute industry debate on the future design of sustainable buildings, refurbishments and new builds, sustainable properties as an investment opportunity and reaction to the latest changes to the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme.

With expert opinion from Rab Bennetts of Bennetts Associates, Rob Watts from Stanhope, Don Jordison from Threadneedle, John Field of Power Efficiency, Harry Morrison at The Carbon Trust, David Lewis from Freshfields, Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and KPMG's Alastair Young.

The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme is the UK's mandatory climate change and energy saving scheme and is central to the UK's strategy for improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon dioxide emissions, as set out in the Climate Change Act 2008. It started in April 2010 and is administered by the Environment Agency.

Following changes announced in October 2010's Government Spending Review to simplify the scheme by removing potential bonuses for companies that cut energy use; we ask will it still work?

Greener Buildings, Greener Behaviours will also be broadcast alongside Suffolk One, an architectural film featuring the design of a state of the art school in Ipswich on Information TV, The Built Environment Channel, on Sky Digital Channel 166 and Freesat 402 on Tuesday 7th and Thursday 9th of December at 8.30 pm and Sunday 5th and 12th December at 12.00 noon.
