H.C. Starck Inc., Newton, MA announces its ongoing commitment to provide
refractory metals for sputtering targets used in the production of LCD flat
panel display screens. H.C. Starck Inc. recently signed a long-term supply
agreement with Comet Network Co., Ltd, Seoul, South Korea to provide these
materials for sputtering targets from its production facilities in Euclid, OH.
The Euclid facility has committed additional capital spending to increase its
capacity in anticipation of growth resulting from the agreement.
