Mr. Hoult is a senior health care executive with 30 years experience creating profound change within the global health care arena. Mr. Hoult will be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of strategies to support CCI's growing international client base, ensuring success in the knowledge transfer of healthcare practices and healthcare technology.

After 20 years in senior management positions at Canadian hospitals including British Columbia's Children's Hospital, he has held key leadership positions for the last 12 years in large tertiary hospitals in the Middle East, including:

- King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, where he initiated international partnerships between hospitals in the Middle East and North America, developed research and business alliances, and lead performance improvement efficiencies for medical and clinical operations. King Faisal has almost 9,000 employees and is JCI accredited.

- Saudi Arabian National Guard (King Fahad National Guard Hospital), where he coordinated the organizational restructuring and development of the corporate regionalization of all patient care programs, consolidated service delivery and achieved significant operational savings. The combined hospital and regional/primary clinics provide services to over 1,000,000 patients annually.

- Hamad General Hospital, where he led the hospital through an organizational renewal project, involving the development of alternative models of service delivery. He also provided leadership in the implementation of the standards of practice for JCI accreditation. The Hamad General Hospital employs 7,400 staff and serves over 800,000 outpatients annually.
