PRINCETON, New Jersey, January 26 /PRNewswire/ --

Intelligroup Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITIG), an information technology and outsourcing services provider principally focused on enterprise resource planning (ERP) and extended ERP solutions, today announced that it has been selected by Almac Clinical Services to implement a Clinical Services Ordering and Supply Management Operating System (COSMOS) based on Oracle E-Business Suite(R) Release 12, Oracle Clinical and integration with multiple third-party systems. COSMOS will further integrate, standardise and globalise Almac Clinical Services processes across Almac's locations, and is a key component of the continued expansion of Almac's value added services directed at the clinical supply marketplace. The agreement was announced by Dr. Robert Dunlop, President and Managing Director, Almac Clinical Services and Vikram Gulati, President and Chief Executive Officer of Intelligroup, at Almac Clinical Services' headquarters in Craigavon, Northern Ireland.

Intelligroup was selected for the project following a rigorous five month process. The multi-million dollar agreement, which represents the first time the two companies have worked together, will include approximately 50 resources working for a period of 18 months.

Selecting a partner who possesses a comprehensive understanding of our business and strong skills across all phases of the life cycle with Oracle E-Business Suite(R) Release 12 implementations was of paramount importance to us, said Dr. Robert Dunlop, Managing Director of Almac Clinical Services. Intelligroup presents an excellent strategic partner for this project, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our business and ERP and a track record of executing Oracle rollouts across all phases of implementation.

Intelligroup is very pleased to have been selected by Almac, stated Vikram Gulati, President Chief Executive Officer of Intelligroup. Our fundamental focus is on our clients, and I believe our ability to help clients achieve business value with Oracle solutions is unmatched in the industry.
