In addition to the brand name IS, the Customer Self Service label PlusHosting will continue and be further expanded as a one-stop ICT shop for small businesses. With an expected consolidated annual turnover of approx. EUR 21 million in 2010 and a collective workforce of 135 FTE, the new IS will become the largest independent Dutch provider of hosting and managed services solutions for SMEs and large businesses.
IS board of directors consists of Jan Willem des Tombe (former CEO for PINS) and Arjan Steevels (founder and general director for IS Interned Services). The company will be located in Purmerend.
