Binbin Liu

About Binbin Hello, I am a bioinformatician and computational biologist. I study the structural properties and structure-function relationship of proteins (i.e. potassium channels) and biosynthetic self-assembly peptides (amyloid-like beta-sheets). I make use of different computational tools and methods in my research, such as sequence simularity search, comparative modelling, FDPB calculation, classical mechanics, and full-atomic molecular dynamics simulation.
