About Tiffany Tiffany Blasingame holds a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. She has published in the Journal of Biochemistry for her contributions to the research on black widow spider silk proteins at Pacific. She has also published in the Journal of Cytogenetic and Genome Research for her contributions in novel cytogenetic methods in the Life Sciences Department at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in Berkeley, California. She also serves as a Genetics Education Mentor for the American Society of Human Genetics. During her graduate work at Pacific, she served as a teaching assistant for the Genetics Laboratory course. She is currently continuing her research on black widow spider silk and acts as laboratory manager for the lab.
