Hontas Farmer

Currently, I am an adjunct professor at Chicago State University. My research focuses on astrophysics and mainly focuses on gravitational waves and the fundamental physics we can learn from them.  I have also researched Massive Star Formation, and astroparticle physics. Born and raised in Chicagoland, I have lived in Bellwood, IL since 1984 and attended public schools here right through Triton Community College, NIU for my BS, and DePaul for my MS. My personal interests include the genealogy of my family and all its relatives, Politics, and LGBT issues.
