SSI also has invested significantly in strengthening its technology and client services teams to ensure it delivers the optimal service experience to both clients and research respondents, increasing head count 12% over the past year. Through the Knowledge Team, SSI sponsors extensive "research on research" to provide critical insights into enhancing sampling and survey design.
