Establishment of  Green Climate Fund, which will eventually gather and disburse finance amounting to $100bn per year to help poor countries develop cleanly and adapt to climate impacts may provide money to some persons . However is there any concrete plan put before the committee how to manage this fund ? Can money generate green plants ? There are two aspects of green house gas mitigation: adaptation and mitigation. Millions of dollars are wasted in organizing 5 star or 7 star conferences with people not even recognizing one tree in the field. We shall save much pollution of organization of annual " conferences " take place in "natural surroundings" and "people" become familiar with the green plants. There are department of environment who have not cared to nurture  a single tree .  I can never forget  a small child who was  collecting something saplings below the  canopy  of the green "neem tree" in rainy season. (He was selecting  and collecting healthy seedlings of neem tree). Upon asking he told me that he  will take these seedlings to grow in his school and also plant on farm of his father.  Perhaps his mother or father might have told him to do this. Children need to be told about plants and trees and who can be better teacher  parents or school teachers. Parents come first to inculcate love for nature. There is  need to educate small  children about the need to develop green house gas mitigation technologies. Any amount of money cant solve the climate change problems with the rampant mismanagement of environmental issues. However if small school children are taught to raise green plants and out of almost 6 billion people one billion trees are planted before the next submit or destruction of 1 billion trees is checked I would consider this a step in right direction. There is a need to stand up and act. Next year what will change for all countries to assemble at one place and discuss . The would will be without 100 species as they will go extinct and 32 million ha of land will be devoid of forests. How long  are we going to debate and not act ?
