I do not care for Bashar Al-Assad and, given his actions, he deserves to be hung by the rebels.  The question must be asked of you Mr President, if rebellion broke out in the USA would you not use force to suppress it?
If half of the states, or say, every state west of the Mississippi decided they did not want you to be president would you just let them go?  Would you seek to divide our properties with them and let them go peaceably?
Applying the laws of men to murky facts is almost as hard as determining the laws of nature.   In science we have clear experimental and observational data and tease out the laws of science.   In the law the facts are in question the laws are known.  It was hard to decide but the guy clearly chopped up his wife, just kidding.  The case wasn't nearly that interesting.
Like gems hidden in mountains of sand, I have sifted through vast amounts of data which have been gathered by surveys covering wide areas of the sky at particular wavelengths, and found likely star forming cores, hints of circumstellar disk and outflows in regions of massive star formation. The procedural lesson from my masters thesis is that there are discoveries waiting to be made by comparing data sets gathered at different frequencies, and by conducting coordinated multi-spectral surveys of massive star forming regions.

From the perspective of a power user who games on Windows what is Windows 8.1 like? Here is my answer to those questions in the form of a video. A word of caution do not use this preview unless you are really computer savvy. Who knows what could go wrong on different hardware than mine, which was made by/for Windows 8.

In short particles with more mass lead to beams with more energy.  More massive particles reach these energies with much smaller machines. Interesting and fundamental physics would be possible with a muon collider, of 6.3 km circumference and neutrino factory which would be far less expensive than a 50 km linear electron accelerator. As we learned from the Superconducting Supercollider less expensive is good, more expensive is less likely to be built

My readers may wonder what I have been doing.   The answer is I have been working on my thesis is the area of astrophysics.  With much help from my advisor Dr. Anuj P. Sarma I am finally finishing.
